The combat and animation in this is completely off the scale. I love how weird the setting and story is too. So proud to have been able to contribute the music to this!

One of the best Pico-8 games of the year for sure! Really great game. Easy to get started but with enough depth to the gameplay to keep you coming back for more. The AI is lovely, it's a lot of fun learning what the enemy will do next and manipulating them into good positions. I love the little death animations for the bandits!

Super-polished Pico-8 game. I love the graphics and animation in this, especially the cat boss. The way the stars worked as a resource was a really cool touch, it took me a while to get the hang of spending the stars and collecting them again. I'd love to see more of this :)

Different

This went a lot of different places, which is cool, it's not often I'm surprised on Newgrounds, but this is one of those occasions. There were a lot of riffs crammed into this one, it's hard to pick a favourite, but the section at the end was particularly nice. More please.

I loved the vocals in this, very powerful. The syncopated guitar parts were great too, a fan of Meshuggah perhaps? Either way, this was great. More please.
